We’re operators, not a software company.
Bright Path Workshop builds and runs AI revenue systems for real businesses, drawing on decades spent building and operating software, telecom, and service companies. Every program we sell is one we run ourselves, every day.
Why Path AI exists
Every business we’ve ever worked with had the same gap: a list of prospects nobody was calling, customers nobody was checking on, and a team too busy closing to do either. The tools that promised to fix it just generated more noise — blasts nobody answered, dashboards nobody watched.
So we built Path AI to do the work the way a great rep would: one real conversation at a time, on the channels people actually answer, with a human close enough to step in. Then we went one step further and decided to run it for our clients ourselves.
What “operated” means
We interview your team and build your AI teammates: names, voices, knowledge, guardrails. We engineer deliverability with local lines, warming, pacing, and quiet hours. We watch the same command center you do, and our detectors page us when something needs attention.
Your job is the part only you can do: approve what sends, and close what comes back.
How we work
Truth over hype
No invented testimonials, no inflated metrics, no “fully autonomous” promises. We’d rather show you a real conversation than a slide about one.
A human in the loop
Every message can wait for approval. The AI stands down when your team steps in. That isn’t a limitation. It’s the design.
Judged by revenue
Replies, booked work, saved accounts, closed deals. If a program doesn’t move a number you care about, we change the program.
Who we work with
Businesses with real customer lists and real markets: dealerships and equipment service groups, retailers and installers, B2B service companies, brands building partner networks. Multi-location operations feel especially at home here, because the platform was built for them.
If your growth depends on conversations someone should be having but nobody has time for, that’s our lane.
